1. Program Overview
The Industry Readiness Training is a paid, in-person mentorship arrangement in which a dedicated Mazwelt industry professional works alongside the participant on live, production-grade projects. This is not a course, degree, or certification programme. The programme is delivered from our Bengaluru office and is designed to transform participants from students into industry-ready professionals.
2. Eligibility
The programme is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. No prior professional experience is required, but a basic understanding of the chosen domain is expected. Mazwelt reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion.
3. Duration & Commitment
Participants select a duration of 2, 3, 6, or 12 months at the time of application. This commitment is binding from the date the first payment is received. Participants are expected to attend in-person on all scheduled working days. Absences of more than 20% of scheduled sessions in any given month may result in programme suspension without refund.
4. Fees & Payment
The monthly fee varies by the duration selected (₹10,000/month for 2 months; ₹9,500/month for 3 months; ₹8,500/month for 6 months; ₹6,500/month for 12 months). Payment is due before the start of each calendar month. Mazwelt will provide a payment link after your application is reviewed. Fees do not include any equipment, travel, or accommodation costs.
5. Refund Policy
Monthly fees are non-refundable once a month has commenced. If a participant voluntarily withdraws before a month begins, the fee for that month will be refunded in full within 7 business days. No refund will be issued for months already completed or currently in progress.
6. Intellectual Property
All work produced during the Industry Readiness Training on Mazwelt projects is the intellectual property of Mazwelt Technologies. Participants retain ownership of any personal side projects explicitly agreed upon in writing with Mazwelt. Participants must not share, publish, or reproduce any proprietary Mazwelt code, designs, or product concepts without prior written consent.
7. Confidentiality
Participants will have access to non-public information about Mazwelt's products, customers, and operations. All such information is strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties during or after the programme.
8. Internship Pathway
Participants who successfully complete the Industry Readiness Training and meet the performance standards set by their mentor will be considered for a paid internship at Mazwelt Technologies. This is conditional on performance, role availability, and business requirements at the time of completion. Enrolment in the Industry Readiness Training does not constitute a guarantee of internship or employment.
9. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally at all times on Mazwelt premises. Any form of harassment, dishonesty, or conduct that disrupts the team or damages Mazwelt's reputation will result in immediate programme termination without refund.
10. Termination
Mazwelt reserves the right to terminate participation at any time for cause (breach of conduct, IP violations, or non-payment). In such cases, fees for the current month are non-refundable. Participants may also withdraw voluntarily; see the Refund Policy above.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the Industry Readiness Training shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
12. Changes to These Terms
Mazwelt Technologies may update these terms at any time. Enrolled participants will be notified of material changes with a minimum of 14 days' notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
