Immersive Technologies.

3D, AR and VR experiences that make a product tangible before it's built

Mazwelt designs and builds immersive 3D, AR and VR experiences — product walkthroughs, virtual training environments and interactive demos — for organisations that need to show, not just describe.

Who it's for

Built for the people who run it.

If one of these sounds like your Monday morning, this is the engagement for you.

  1. 01

Organisations that need to demonstrate a physical product or space before it exists

  2. 02

Training programmes that benefit from a repeatable, risk-free simulated environment

  3. 03

Sales teams that need an interactive demo instead of a slide deck

  4. 04

Institutions building virtual labs, campuses or facility walkthroughs

  5. 05

Product teams exploring AR/VR as a new interaction surface for an existing platform

How we run it

No phases bolted on.

Quality, security and documentation run inside every cycle — not as a stage at the end that gets cut when the deadline moves.

  1. Step 01

    Scope & storyboard

We define the experience end to end before any 3D asset is built — what the viewer sees, in what order, and what decision or understanding it should leave them with.

  2. Step 02

    Modelling

3D assets are modelled and optimised for real-time rendering — enough fidelity to feel real, light enough to run smoothly in a browser or headset.

  3. Step 03

    Interaction design

We build the controls — orbit, walkthrough, hotspot, or full VR interaction — so the experience feels natural rather than like a technical demo of the tooling.

  4. Step 04

    Integration

The experience is embedded into the target surface — a website, an internal tool, or a standalone headset build — with performance budgets respected on every device it needs to run on.

  5. Step 05

    Testing & delivery

We test across the real target devices, not just the development machine, before handing over a build that performs consistently in the field.

In depth

What This Service Covers

Immersive technologies turn a description into an experience. Instead of a brochure or a slide deck, a prospective customer, trainee or student can orbit a product, walk through a space, or practise a procedure in a simulated environment — before the real thing exists or without the cost of repeating it physically.

What's Included

  • 3D modelling — assets built and optimised for real-time rendering
  • Interaction design — orbit, walkthrough or full VR controls that feel natural
  • Web-based delivery — real-time 3D embedded directly into a browser, no plugin required
  • Headset builds — where full VR immersion is the right fit
  • Performance engineering — every scene is budgeted against the devices it needs to run on

Why Mazwelt

Our own homepage runs a real-time 3D scene rendered with the same tooling we use for client work — this is not a capability we outsource. We treat immersive work as an engineering discipline with performance budgets and cross-device testing, not a one-off render for a pitch.

Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

01What kind of immersive experiences does Mazwelt build?

Interactive 3D product viewers, browser-based AR/VR walkthroughs, virtual training simulations, and standalone headset experiences — built with real-time 3D engines rather than pre-rendered video.

02Does an immersive experience need a VR headset to work?

No. Most of what we build runs in a standard web browser — a 3D model a visitor can orbit and inspect, or a guided walkthrough — with headset support added where the use case calls for full immersion.

03Can this integrate with our existing website or product?

Yes. Immersive scenes are built as embeddable components — the same way the 3D scene on this site sits inside a standard Next.js page — so they drop into an existing product rather than requiring a separate destination.

04What industries is this useful for?

Real estate and facility walkthroughs, product demos for physical goods, training simulations for procedures too costly or risky to repeat physically, and education — virtual labs and campus tours are a natural fit alongside GyanKosh.
